Get in Touch

To begin we need to get to know each other. We will essentially embed ourselves into your team and observe, conduct interviews, and gather as much relevant information as we can that pertains to the reason why we were called, develop a plan to get your business goals back within reach.

  • We will start with getting to know you and your team and conduct a deep dive into your organization. Depending on the size and complexity of your organization, our proposal will be delivered approximately one week after we begin our initial process.

Get Started

Once we have formally introduced ourselves and developed a plan for success, it’s time to put it into action. Each action plan will be tailored to suit your needs and you and your team’s schedule. Through the use of our own KPI’s in conjunction with yours and close communication, knowing when the work is done will clearly show.

  • Similar to the “Get Started” process, we will either agree on an hourly rate or a monthly retainer to take care of agreed upon action items to ensure the success of your business moves forward.

Get Going

When it comes time to monitor and maintain, we will continue to work alongside you and your team to ensure that your business goals remain in reach. With a developed series of accountability tools specifically tailored to your need, you will be able to stay on track easier.

  • Together, we will drive the next steps forward and we will not stop until you are completely satisfied. Depending on the response to our proposal, we can spend any amount of time working together. For short term clients we will agree on an hourly rate. For long term clients we will agree on a monthly retainer fee.
